Why does that matter?

Managing the sale of a £1m property does not automatically require twice as much work as selling a £500k property.

Managing a property at £4,000 pcm does not automatically require more work than managing one at £2,500 pcm.

So our fees are based on the service we provide rather than simply taking a percentage of your property value or rent.
